Do You Need a Lawyer?

• Have you been served with papers, such as a warrant, subpoena, summons or garnishment?

Our Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) can help you find a qualified attorney who has experience with your particular type of legal problem. We have a panel of experienced attorneys in many areas of law. All LRS attorneys must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona (the licensing authority for lawyers), and must be experienced in the area(s) of law of which they receive referrals. There are several good reasons to turn to LRS, and clients often find it helpful.

For a non-refundable fee of $35 due at the time of the referral, LRS will provide you with a licensed attorney who will provide you with a 30-minute consultation (either in-person or over the phone - your choice). During this time, the attorney will offer:

• Information and Legal Advice

• An opinion as to whether a lawyer can be of help with your concern

• A fee estimate for further services or representation (if necessary)

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

STEP #1: Call us at (520) 623-4625 or fill out the contact form above, briefly stating your legal matter and a daytime phone number and hours that you can be reached by phone.

STEP #2: The LRS Operator will talk with you by phone about your situation and help determine if you would benefit from speaking with one of our LRS attorneys. You will receive information about the LRS program and other community resources, if appropriate.

STEP #3: If you use our service, you will be given the name, phone number and address of a licensed, experienced attorney, who will provide up to a 30-minute consultation to discuss your situation. There is a non-refundable $35 fee due at the time of the referral, and two options of fee payment: (a) PAY BY PHONE with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, or (b) PAY BY MAIL in advance with a check or money order sent to: LRS, P.O. Box 2189, Tucson, AZ 85702. Make checks payable to LRS and include your name and daytime phone number. Upon receipt, we will contact you by phone within two business days.

STEP #4: You will need to call the attorney to schedule the 30-minute consultation when it is convenient for you. We will notify the attorney that you will be contacting him or her, yet it is your responsibility to make these arrangements.
